Singo’s might be new to Berowra, but they’re not new to the Butchery game! Established in 1966 by John and Anne Singleton, Singletons Meats or “Singo’s Meats” as it is known today, has been serving the Central Coast for 55 years.
Dean Singleton has been in the butcher trade since he was young, working in his family’s Central Coast shop – the first wholesale butchery in the general public area.
Dean decided to expand the butcher format and try something new. He had since then opened in San Remo, Gosford, Erina and now their latest shop in Berowra Heights as part of their expansion plans.

While you’re waiting for those to cook, grab some pre-made Fried Rice and Cheesy Cauliflower (found in the freezer section) reheat as per the directions on the packaging and serve together!
