Have you spotted these at Woolies yet?! 🥝
Zespri RubyRed kiwifruit has just landed in Australia for the very FIRST time this season and we are obsessed! 😍
Cut one open and you’ll find the most gorgeous deep red flesh with a sweet, berry-like flavour that’s completely different to your regular green or gold kiwi. Naturally sweet, packed with vitamin C, antioxidants, folate and potassium… and honestly just SO pretty! 🍓
The catch? They’re limited season only and only available for around 8 weeks, so don’t sleep on these! We spotted them at Woolies for $7.50 for a 500g pack ($15/kg) 🛒
Have you tried them yet? Drop a 🙋 below if you’re adding these to your trolley this week!

When Lizzie Williamson had a baby and a toddler, she had Post Natal Depression. Cleaning the kitchen felt hard. Putting away the washing felt hard. Exercise just wasn't even possible. All the things she normally did felt crazily hard... impossible really.
She shares how a trip to the Doctor to discuss her feelings was the best thing she did - and that reminder that as mums, we need to put our oxygen mask on FIRST and to not always put everyone else's needs before our own.
