Bounce is a huge trampoline park that opened in Homebush in 2023… and a new centre opened in Cromer on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in March 2024! There’s so much indoor fun to be at at BOUNCE, and it’s ideal for toddlers (at their MiniBounce Zone) through to adults! You’ll find:

  • FREE-JUMP ARENA: The main stage! Around 50-70 interconnected trampolines, tumble tracks and banked walls, it’s perfect for a trampoline workout.
  • DODGEBALL: Dodgeball is trampoline warfare. It’s high-energy, awesome fun and the balls are soft.
  • BASKETBALL: Features full-height basketball rings above runway trampolines surrounded by padded walls and floor mats. It’s like borrowing the legs of the world’s best basket-baller.
  • HIGH PERFORMANCE: High performance trampolines enable greater bounce and height plus an ultimate trampoline workout! The area is perfect for skills development and more advanced manoeuvres.
