3. Hornsby Aquatic & Leisure Centre
The outdoor 50m pool at Hornsby Aquatic & Leisure Centre
The Hornsby Aquatic and Leisure Centre (Hornsby Pool) is a state-of-the-art facility featuring a heated, eight-lane, 50-metre outdoor pool for lap swimming and water polo, as well as a heated, ten-metre by 25-metre indoor pool for learn-to-swim activities. There’s also a heated leisure pool that kids can walk into, featuring numerous fun water features, including an enclosed water slide.

4. Willoughby Leisure Centre
Construction is underway to upgrade the Willoughby Leisure Centre, creating a modern, best-in-breed aquatic and recreation facility. Expected project completion date February 2026.

5. North Sydney Olympic Pool
Council’s contractor, ICON, is now reporting that the pool construction will be complete by 18 November 2025. Once the completed facility is handed over to the Council, they will need to commission and prepare the site for opening, which will take up to 3 months.

The Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre is an indoor, heated facility with a comfortable 26-degree temperature all year round.
