But there are still plenty of events for you to get out there and enjoy – all with COVID safe measures in place. There’s lots happening over the next few weeks right up until Christmas. So support our local artists, and buy something unique and meaningful.

Hornsby Craft Fair

The Hornsby Craft Fair is Sydney Upper North Shore’s largest regular indoor fair. Offering an array of quality craft stalls, art, handmade jewellery and much more from our talented Hornsby locals under one roof. Over fifty stalls of original creations, from baby clothes to jewellery, from wood working to decoupage, from jams and condiments to cakes and home made chocolates and much much more.

Wahroonga Rotary Christmas Fete

Although the annual Wahroonga Christmas Fair isn’t going ahead this year, Wahroonga Rotary will be setting up festive stalls for all your Christmas shopping needs. All pieces have been generously hand crafted by members of the local community.

          Christmas Artisan Market, Eden Gardens

          Come to Eden Garden’s Christmas Artisan Open Air Market’s and support local artisans on this beautiful weekend. There will be a wonderful collection of hand made arts & crafts as inspired by botanicals and the nature around us.

            Chatswood Mall Market

            The Chatswood Mall Market is held every Thursday and Friday from 9am to 9pm in Chatswood Mall. A wide variety of market stalls provide the highest quality arts, crafts, fashion and fresh produce, as well as delectable, freshly prepared food from around the globe to tantalise your tastebuds.

            The market also features musical entertainment in a broad range of styles between 12-8pm. Sit back, relax and enjoy tunes from around the world.

              Christmas Night Market, Mosman

              During Christmas, Mosman’s standard weekend market is transformed into a festive feast for the senses. A quality art and craft market located in the heart of one of Sydney’s finest shopping precincts! 130 art and craft stalls, with gourmet food, musical entertainment, and a lively atmosphere.

              Kirribilli Markets

              Kirribilli Markets Sydney

              Founded in 1976, the Kirribilli Markets have grown to become one of the best loved markets in Sydney’s North Shore. The markets alternate every weekend between a general market and an art, design and fashion market with over 200 stalls present at each. From mid-December, the art, design and fashion market takes a break, but the general market is still up and running.

              The Ultimate Christmas Market

              This is a market not to miss with a huge range of unique, quality and handmade goods as well as a wonderful selection of Christmas-themed goods including candles, wreaths, wrapping paper, cards, fresh Christmas trees and ornaments, plus festive foods such as (pre-order) hams, turkeys, ducks, chickens, puddings and Christmas cakes, sauces, preserves, condiments, gingerbread houses, nuts and chocolates.

              There will be a dedicated Children’s precinct featuring a huge range of kids rides, activities, sweet treats, toys, clothes and more. Kids activities include hair braiding, sand art, craft, face painting, pony rides and of course Santa will be making a special appearance! This market is a fun day out for the whole family with Covid safety measures and precautions in place so you can shop with peace of mind.

                  The Coal Loader Artisans Market is your one-stop-shop for an ethical, sustainable, and relaxed festive shop. While they are unable to host their usual market this season, they have a virtual market for you to enjoy.

                  Perfect gift-buying with art, ceramics, sculptures, basketry, eco products, fashion, jewellery, accessories, wool creations textiles, eco products and much more.

                  A Sydney Made Christmas

                  Formally known as Sydney Made: Etsy Local Christmas Markets, they have gone online this year to showcase some of the best from independent designers and makers. You can receive hefty discounts from over 70 makers, with the ease of shopping online and home delivery. There will also be free Christmas colouring in cards, recipes, DIY designs for Christmas tree ornaments, live demos and how-tos.
