Are you ready to cheer on the Matildas again, as they battle it out for third place against Sweden on Saturday night? The Matildas are playing at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane but, lucky for us, there are plenty of live viewing sites where you can watch this important match on Sydney’s North Shore!

Entry is free, but no alcohol, glass, dogs or chairs with pointed legs. Bring warm clothing and picnic blankets or sit in the stands if you prefer.

    Ku-ring-gai Council live site will be at Wahroonga Park this Saturday 19 August screening the Matilda’s 3rd place match against Sweden.

    Get creative, wear green and gold, ribbons in your hair, paint your face, wear a wig or game day gear. Go big to win a Matilda’s supporter pack for best dressed supporter on the night and there will also be lucky door prizes.

    Grab some dinner from the local restaurants in Wahroonga and come down to watch the game live on the big screen with kick off at 6pm.

    Seating area will be divided into two zones with picnic blankets and low chairs in the front sections with high back camping chairs in the rear section allowing great viewing for all. Don’t forget to rug up!
