One of my favourite ways to get exercise in my day is to find little moments to move.
Sometimes it’s when I need a pick me up and I bust out a few squat jumps. Other times it’s when I’m feeling overwhelmed and I get on to the floor and do some power yoga moves. If I’m sick of doing the dishes? Some heel and rear leg raises gets me energised.
I truly believe that you can transform your mood through movement.
This one I am sharing with you today is for a bit of fun and usually when I’m doing some housework. I”ll have the music on and I’ll get down with my teatowels and work my core.
