Are you struggling with the pressure of trying to be a Super Mum? We’re all faced with the challenge of being everything to everyone, be that career-woman, SAHM, dedicated carer or good wife, and trying to ‘keep up’ can be exhausting.
On Wednesday 1 November at 8pm, we’re hosting a Facebook Live Q&A in the North Shore Mums Facebook group with Sian Khuman of Relationships Australia. Sian will join us to explore the many pressures we face, the challenges this brings to our relationships, and offer advice on the ways we can all take time out to re-connect, be present in our relationships and enjoy life.
