DESCRIPTION
Dr Lloyd is consulting in rooms with Dr Vijay Roach & Dr Michael Vandergriend in the doctor’s suites at North Shore Private Hospital. This enables her to give her obstetric patients closer monitoring and care during admissions and labour as she is onsite at the hospital.
She also maintains admitting rights at the Mater Hospital & Royal North Shore Hospital and is part of a well respected on-call group of Obstetricians.
Dr Lloyd cherishes the continuity of and the challenges posed by the obstetric side of her practice. It is definitely her passion to guide women safely through their pregnancies and deliver healthy babies to happy couples.
She has experience managing pregnancies and delivering babies for women who have complicated or straight forward pregnancies and is happy to discuss any issues with her patients. She has a relaxed approach to any requests while ensuring the safety of mother and baby are not compromised
Absolutely loved my experience with Dr Robyn Lloyd! She was so calm throughout my entire pregnancy, gave useful and direct advice and knew how to establish a great relationship with not only me but also my husband which I am sure she sees a variety of personalities. We always walked away from our appointments feeling like all our questions were thoroughly answered and any concerns we had (not many tbh) were addressed. She also respected my very laid back approach to birth which was that we wanted a healthy baby delivered and would follow her lead as the professional in the room aka no birth plan.
My son Lucas came very quickly so unfortunately (but fortunately for me) she didn’t make it to the birth in time but her professionalism and also how she treated the midwifes that helped deliver him was something I absolutely respected. The aftercare directly after his birth, during our stay in hospital and also in the following weeks was 5 stars.
If you are looking for someone who keeps you calm, respected and leaving hospital feeling like you got the royal treatment then Dr Lloyd is the doctor you need.
