Sharlene has a Bachelors Degree in Counselling (B.Couns). In addition, she has completed additional study in Couples Therapy (Couples Institute; Terry Real; Esther Perel), Somatic Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Gabor Mate Trauma & Addiction, Yoga Psychotherapy, Family Constellations, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Attachment in adult relationships, ADHD & ASD, Sound Healing, Qi Gong.
