Hi I’m Meli, local Mum of two and Women’s Health and Movement Coach. I’m passionate about educating Mums about their constant changing bodies and using exercise, not as punishment but as a way of putting themselves first, filling their cup, celebrating all the things they CAN do and for mental health.
I’m fully qualified to train women at every stage of life, from pregnancy to menopause and every stage in between. I am also a MumSafe™ Trainer which means I’m committed to my ongoing education.
