Hey beautiful mama! I’m Magdalena – women’s health and fitness coach, and mum to two beautiful children.

After suffering from prolapse after the birth of one of my children, I discovered the immense lack of knowledge around women’s health in the fitness industry. 

So began my journey to creating fitness programs designed specifically for mums – meeting the individual needs of our bodies and structured around our busy lifestyles.

Today, I support women to be the strongest, healthiest and most confident versions of themselves – and I’d love to help you too!

I work with mums at every single stage of post-childbirth – from those early postnatal months through to perimenopause and menopause.

My approach looks at your overall lifestyle and daily habits, setting small daily goals that lead to lasting transformation. By going beyond the goal of losing weight, I’ll support you to be at your healthiest in the long term, so you can live life to the fullest.
