Onyx Gymnastics

Onyx Gymnastics club in Mosman offers kids gymnastics lessons, adult gymnastic courses, pre school yoga, soft play, Kangatraining, Birthday Parties & more!

We have two studios at Middle head in Mosman, offering a range of classes for all abilities.

Kindergym: Gymnastic classes for children aged 2.5 yrs to 5 yrs old. We offer classes with or without parent participation. The perfect class to work on all those fundamental movement skills in a fun and safe environment. 

Softplay: For children under 5 who just want to explore and play. We have lots to do from balancing, swinging, jumping and more. We are a gymnastics studio so children do have to be supervised all times.

Gymnastics classes for 4+: We offer a range of gymnastic classes for 4 + years! We run a 7 day program with recreational classes everyday. We offer acro & tumbling classes which are perfect for those children desperate to cartwheel, handstand, bridge, walkover, roundoff and more. We also offer a small competition program for those interested. 

Pre School Yoga: One of our newest classes! Join us with our specialised pre school yoga teaching to work on your childs confidence, balance, flexibility, concentration all in a fun & safe place! 

Kangatraining: The best workout with your baby! Carrie is our specialised Kangatraining instructor, leading workout sessions with you and your baby in a carrier. 

Adult Gymnastics: We run adult gymnastics courses, because why should the kids have all the fun? Sign up for a 5 week course and get back all those skills you had as a child! A super fun workout learning all different gymnastics skills whilst increasing flexibility, strength, mobility, confidence and more!

Birthday Parties: We offer both Soft play & Gymnastic birthday parties! Super fun, safe plus enjoy our gorgeous setting right near the harbour water. 

With our two studios we are able to offer fun, safe, inclusive gymnastics classes that cater to a range of levels!
