Forestway Fresh has just been renovated, and we’re excited! This place is like Harris Fam on steroids (or perhaps the grocery equivalent might be ‘superfoods!’). Make the weekly chore an absolute treat – with first class fresh produce, pantry essentials & gourmet goodies, a cafe with great coffee & delicious menu… not to mention a great playground for the kids.
You could be excused for zooming past Forestway Fresh on your way to the northern beaches without realising your passing a gem of grocery goodness! If you love high quality produce and gourmet delights, then make sure you slow down and pop into Forestway Fresh.

And you might just bump into a celebrity chef while you’re there! It’s frequented by Peter Gilmore, Giovanni Pilu and Miguel.
This ‘market meets chef’ food precinct has been transformed to bring you the freshest produce in Sydney along with hard-to-find ingredients including Glacier 51 toothfish, black truffle butter and lasagne arancini.
Decadent pastries and cakes
The Southern Italian heritage of the family-run business fills the shelves with home-made lasagne, Italian meatballs and truffle basil pesto – all prepared in-house. Produce is handpicked at 2.30am in the morning by owner Tony and delivered straight to the store.
After ticking ‘groceries’ off your list, the Tasting Deck cafe is the perfect spot for a coffee and a snack. The in-store café allows you to sample some of the amazing produce (picked that morning!) with dishes including a sticky maple beef brisket roll, wood-fired meatballs or truffled wild mushroom risotto. There are plenty of options for the kids too, including dinosaur chicken nuggets and ricotta pancakes – not to mention the awesome play equipment out the front!
