My Pilates Studio

My Pilates Studio is a boutique wellness hub in the heart of the North Shore. Located conveniently next to Bunnings on Bridge Street Pymble with easy parking and access. 

We specialise in creating a warm, nurturing environment where you can focus on your wellness and achieve your goals. 
Our fully equipped studio offers private and semi private studio sessions as well as small group reformer classes. You will receive expert care from experienced and enthusiastic instructors. 

In addition to Pilates, we have a nutritionist, massage therapist and exercise physiologist on site who we collaborate with to give you the most comprehensive care and support. 

No matter what your level, we can help you and guide you on your journey to feeling like your best self.
