My Pilates Studio is a boutique wellness hub in the heart of the North Shore. Located conveniently next to Bunnings on Bridge Street Pymble with easy parking and access.
We specialise in creating a warm, nurturing environment where you can focus on your wellness and achieve your goals.
Our fully equipped studio offers private and semi-private studio sessions, as well as small-group reformer classes. You will receive expert care from experienced and enthusiastic instructors.
In addition to Pilates, we have a nutritionist, massage therapist, and exercise physiologist on site with whom we collaborate to provide you with the most comprehensive care and support.
No matter what your level, we can help you and guide you on your journey to feeling like your best self.
