Stringybark Childcare & Preschool has been being part of the community for over 40 years in Lane Cove North offering:

Our Son was at Stringybark since he was 2 years old. We had tried other “corporate centres” however we found the family atmosphere at Stringybark to be fantastic. The teachers were fabulous, they were up to date with his progress and took the initiative in his development . Gita is an exceptional Manager and makes sure the children have new resources and equipment regularly. We were so impressed with the individual attention, care and feedback given at this centre. The great variety of extra curricular activities offered is a real bonus.
Our son made many good friends and although now at “big school” often wishes to go back to meet his previous teachers and friends.
Stringy Bark Day Care Centre is a fantastic centre. It is very family orientated and has that wonderful personal touch you want from those caring for your child. My son loves going there and loves all the teachers. The centre has been around much longer than some of the other centres so their experience, caring and knowledge of children and what they need really shows. The preschool program is excellent and the care for the younger children is also fantastic. There is just the right mix and number of children, it is like being in a family house with your own family. There are great themes, events, Grandparents Days, Christmas parties to make it all the more special. As far as needing extra days or if days need changing they are very flexible, helpful and understanding. The centre really is perfect in all areas and we are very happy to have found it. I highly recommend it.
