DESCRIPTION

Jeanette Rossini at Into Focus Coaching provides ADHD coaching for adults, teenagers and parents of children with ADHD.

We support adults with goal development and action plans, to achieve short and long-term objectives within their personal, professional, and social life. 

For teenagers with ADHD, we can support executive function challenges, including time management, planning and prioritising, establishing routines and managing emotions.

We also provide coaching for parents of children diagnosed with ADHD.  Parents learn to work with their children in a collaborative way that will make them more knowledgeable, mindful and confident in their parenting.  Learn about ADHD and the latest up-to-date strategies that will enable you to support your child and help them thrive.
