Welcome to Breathing Space a centre for yoga, mindfulness, well-being, and creative space for all in Pymble, Sydney. We offer a variety of yoga and movement classes (Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga) both in-person and Livestream, and courses to help you reconnect with yourself, feel nurtured, and stronger, and ignite that spark deep within. Our hope is that you can integrate these practices and tools into day-to-day living.

A special offering Inspired Girls Leadership for Teens “Shine Bright Urban Day Retreat is a mindfulness and leadership program we offer for young girls (Tweens & Teens) to help them cultivate self-awareness, leadership qualities. This program is inspired by research on mindfulness for young people.
