We’re Rockwell Medical Centre, a new quality family medical practice in the heart of the brand new North Shore Health Hub in St Leonards.
We aim to offer excellent Primary, Specialist and Allied Health Care, catered to meet you and your family’s health needs.
Our clinic offers a wide range of services, including Women’s Health, Children’s and Adolescent’s Health, Immunisations, Rehabilitation Medicine, Skin and Mole Checks, Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health, COVID-19 support and many more.
Rockwell is supported by several highly experienced medical professionals, including:
• Dr Miranda Maw, our new GP specialist with interests in Women’s Health, Children’s Health and Travel Medicine
• Dr Gerard McLaren, who has dual qualifications as both a senior consultant in rehabilitation medicine and as a senior family physician with 40 years of experience and;
• Professor David Kandiah, a Rheumatologist specialising in the diagnosis and management of complex rheumatic diseases including vasculitis, connective tissue diseases and inflammatory arthritis.
•We also have an on-site practice nurse providing additional clinical support
Practice Location
Our practice is located on the ground floor of the North Shore Health Hub, 7 Westbourne Street in St Leonards.
The building is in very close proximity to both the Royal North Shore Public and Private Hospitals.
We are easily accessible via public transport, within walking distance from St Leonard’s Train and bus stations.
We also have ample onsite underground parking as well as street and two other multilevel public parking facilities in the area.
