Dr Kareen Mekertichian established Sydney Paediatric Dental Services, based in Chatswood soon after registering as a Board Qualified Specialist Paediatric Dentist.Kids Chompers has continued to expand since the initial set up in 1995, with an emphasis on providing specialist care focusing on the oral health of children and adolescents.
Our aim is to provide a setting within which all aspects of paediatric dental management can be delivered to children and families inside a caring, supportive and nurturing environment.Kids Chompers has extensive association with many other complementary health care practitioners in providing comprehensive treatment planning.
Dr Kareen provides inter-disciplinary management for children of all ages, adolescents, those with special needs and children with complex medical and behavioural considerations. As well as restorative treatment, Dr Kareen also provides surgical and GA treatment, trauma follow-up, early orthodontics and behaviour management.
