DESCRIPTION
Gallery Lane Cove + Creative Studios is a vibrant hub for artistic expression in the heart of Lane Cove. We are a not-for-profit art centre managed by Centre House Inc., a local organisation with over 45 years of experience fostering creativity in the community.
Our space encompasses two key areas: the Gallery, showcasing a diverse program of modern and contemporary art by established and emerging local, national, and international artists; and the Creative Studios, where a diverse array of term classes, workshops, and masterclasses are on offer across various disciplines including painting (mixed-media, acrylic, and watercolour), drawing, life-drawing, textiles (printing, embroidery, sewing, knitting, stitching), printmaking, and ceramics. Throughout the year, Gallery Lane Cove also hosts several artist-in-residence programs.
Beyond exhibitions and classes, our venue is also available for hire, making it an ideal setting for corporate functions and events, with both indoor and outdoor spaces to suit diverse needs. Whether you’re seeking enrichment through art appreciation or looking to explore and develop your own creative talents, Gallery Lane Cove + Creative Studios offers a welcoming and supportive environment for all.

Our very popular term classes include pottery, sewing and painting and drawing.
Term classes run for 8 and 9 weeks ( sewing is 8 weeks). We also offer pick up from LCPS, this service can be added as an extra to your booking, see related products. Please note there is a fee for this service and minimum numbers are required for this.
Gallery Lane Cove + Creative studios invites you to join a fun and creative selection of pottery, drawing, painting, sewing and craft in our bumper Winter Holiday Program. From July 8-19 we will be offering a wide range of art workshops for kids aged 5 years and up in painting, drawing, ceramics, sewing and more.
We run 3 hour workshops, 9.30-12.30 and 1.30-4.30 , alongside our all day sewing workshops 9.30-4.30
We offer childcare between workshops when you book into 2 workshops over a full day and we also provide before and after care options.
Come join our experienced talented teachers for a day with lots of fun art making, sketching and getting creative with friends.
