DESCRIPTION
We are an accounting firm based in Pymble NSW, in search of a pro-active admin person to help support us.
You will be in responsible for:
Answering phone calls and assisting clients with their enquiries
Contacting the ATO to discuss and coordinate client matters
Organising meetings for clients
Attend to all administrative matters for clients and the practise
Picking up mail from the post office
Potentially be training to handle bookkeeping for clients (training can be provided for the right candidate)Â
You must possess:
A pro-active and positive attitude
Attention to detailÂ
Experience in an office environmentÂ
Advanced software and computer skills – you must be able to use a computer and general office equipment (scanner, printer etc)
Ability to think on your feet
Attractive salary and incentives will be paid based on the experience and skill set of the candidate. The company will provide a laptop and phone, and other office equipment as required.
