Parents & Teens Sound Bonding Workshop

This one-of-a-kind workshop is all about learning how to use simple sound healing techniques to chill out, de-stress, and connect with your teenager on a whole new level. 

It’s a fun, unique way to get closer, understand each other better, and share some unforgettable moments, all through the magic of sound.

​This workshop is inspired by my own sound journey with my daughters and is designed to help parents and teenagers reconnect in a new way – without words.

What Can You Expect?

3.5 hours of interactive, magical fun that fosters a connection between you and your child and goes well beyond words, including:

Sound Exploration: A brief introduction to sounds, vibrations, and their transformative effects.

 Interactive Session: Hands-on guidance on using singing bowls (Tibetan Bowls) and Tuning Forks  as relaxing, healing and bonding tools. Learn to use it on yourself and on each other.

Practice Session: An opportunity to put everything you’ve learned into action and let the bonding magic begin.

 Afternoon Tea: Enjoy a delightful break with coffee/tea and refreshments.

Meditative Finale: Conclude with a beautiful 45-minute blissful sound-guided meditation (this time you get to lie down and I do the rest).
