Stop the blur: A 3-Hour guided workshop to reset your goals and reclaim your focus. The “Back-to-School” rush is over. The February dust has settled. Now, it’s time to find your feet.
By the end of February, many women find themselves with a list of goals they haven’t started and a “mental load” that feels heavier than it did in January.
You don’t need another planning session; you need to clear the noise so you can actually move forward.
This is a Goal Readiness, sound-supported workshop. It is a focused, 3-hour intensive designed to move you out of autopilot and mental overload into a state of clear, intentional action. We combine the somatic power of Viberational Sound with the cognitive precision of Neuro-Transformation Therapy (NTT) to ensure your goals aren’t just “shoulds” – they are aligned with who you are right now.
What can you expect?
This is a dual-expert session designed to address your nervous system and mindset simultaneously.
- Regulate (The Sound): We use specific sound frequencies to downshift your nervous system. We will use the sounds at the start to help settle the system, and then again throughout the session to support and enhance the deeper work we will do.
- Recalibrate (The NTT): Led by Emma, we use NTT frameworks guided reflection to identify “energy leaks” (e.g. where you are saying ‘yes’ when you mean ‘no’) and distinguish between external pressure and your intrinsic motivation.
- Realign (The Action): We move from “The Blur” to a single, grounded focus. You’ll leave not with a 10-point plan, but with the readiness to move forward with what actually matters.
