DESCRIPTION

Event Description

The Sydney Destash Market is back and bigger than ever on Sunday 8 February 2026 at Sydney Portugal Community Club in Marrickville, featuring over 100 stalls brimming with fabric, yarn, and haberdashery from personal stashes.

This popular market offers crafters, sewers and makers the perfect opportunity to discover pre-loved treasures while supporting sustainable shopping practices. Stallholders clear out their personal collections, giving fabrics and materials a new home with someone who will love them.

Running from 10am to 3pm, entry is just $2, and attendees are encouraged to bring a bag of fabric scraps for recycling. It’s a fun, sustainable day of shopping, connecting with fellow makers, and finding inspiration for upcoming projects.

Whether searching for that perfect piece of fabric, stocking up on yarn, or simply browsing for creative ideas, the Sydney Destash Market offers something for everyone who loves to create. Mark the calendar and come along to discover unique finds while supporting the craft community’s circular economy.
