Hi, I’m Polly. I am a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Midwife, Child and Family Health Nurse, and Childbirth and parenting Educator offering in-home and telehealth consultations across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches.
I work as a Midwifery Clinical Specialist in Lactation in a Sydney hospital as well as offering private services in your home where I can provide individual holistic care that looks after you and your family.
I have a very gentle, calm, and nurturing approach, and I work with you and your baby to solve problems, navigate challenges, plan for changes, and ultimately help you achieve your breastfeeding goals, whatever they may look like. I can help you with optimising position and latch, finding the cause for pain when breastfeeding, managing low milk supply, mastitis (using evidence-based management), tongue tie assessment and recommendations, pumping and flange fitting support and anything else you need to support your parenting journey.
