Enlighten Me offers a GP-led, evidence-based and sustainable approach to weight management, supporting women and families to improve health in a realistic, long-term way.

We provide a range of flexible Telehealth services tailored to your needs:

• Consultations with GPs experienced in weight management to help identify contributing factors and create an individualised plan
• Support from an experienced Nutritionist to address nutritional gaps and help you plan meals your whole family can enjoy
• Guidance from an Exercise Physiologist to develop safe, achievable movement plans suited to your body, health conditions and life stage
• Our award-winning Enlighten Me Program, providing education, accountability and structured support so you can stay focused without overwhelm

We also offer our signature Enlighten Me Shakes – high-protein meal replacement shakes with over 32g of protein per serve. Lightly flavoured, FODMAP friendly and gentle on the gut, they include prebiotics, probiotics and greens, and contain no fillers or artificial sweeteners. Ideal as a protein supplement or a convenient balanced meal.

Formulated by Dr Angela Kwong, a local GP and North Shore Mum, after seeing common challenges in the patients she cared for:
