My name is Anne-Louise. I am an ACA registered counsellor and social worker with over two decades of experience supporting individuals with their mental health. I am dedicated to providing a compassionate, respectful and confidential space where you can express yourself freely through person centred counselling. My goal is to help you feel heard, validated, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I support clients with trauma recovery, life transitions, personal goals, stress and anxiety management, relationship challenges, emotional support and any other mental health challenges you may be experiencing.
I am an NDIS Registered Provider.
