Elizabeth Neal Psychology & Couples Therapy

Hi, I’m Liz – I am a Registered Psychologist and Certified Couples Therapist.

I am interested in relationships and how relationships have and continue to affect us as individuals. I love working with couples as they develop better patterns of conflict management and connection. I also love supporting individuals when the embark on a journey of self awareness alone or through what’s revealed of them (by the experience of their partner) within the couples therapy process.

I have undertaken specialised training in Couples Therapy and Work on the Self and I have a particular interest in Maternal Psychology. I offer clinic appointments and also run workshops. I am regularly quoted in mainstream magazine and news sources and have been invited to speak on various topics for a number of community and corporate events.
