When creating Ko, l envisioned a tranquil space where l could provide services that enabled you to feel nourished, loved and supported inside and out. My mission is to reconnect you to your inner wisdom, empowerment and strength by aligning you with your body, mind and spirit.
I feel incredibly privileged to be working alongside multiple people daily, releasing the negative energies surrounding them and leading them down a pathway that brings joy and abundance into their lives.
For over 20 years, l nursed my way around the world. Juggling my beautiful family of 5 and having gone through major traumas in my own life, my recovery drew me away from modern medicine and down the path of holistic healing. Finding forgiveness in myself and in others has made my darkest days now my greatest strengths and l am so honoured to be able to share the following with you: Energy healing through Intuitive Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Spiritual Life Coaching, Guided Meditations, Tarot Readings and Space Clearing.

Kirstie is warm and welcoming and her studio cosy and relaxing. I am new to Reiki and chakra alignments but felt very safe and comfortable with Kirstie’s gentle guidance through the session. I have never had a Reiki session before, but l went with an open mind. I was instantly put at ease by the peaceful and calming ambiance Kirstie had created in the room. I felt relaxed immediately. The whole experience was calming, gentle and peaceful. Afterwards, l felt like l was floating on air. I had been experiencing some back pain for a while, but the night after my session, l had none whatsoever. I slept peacefully and woke up feeling wonderful. Before going to my Reiki session with Kirstie, I was feeling quite balanced and in alignment.
During my session I was super relaxed and even drifting off to sleep even though I wanted to stay present because I really wanted to see how my body & mind responded and especially my unconscious mind. I was surprised to get a vision during this time, a picture for me which had meaning at the time but also grew to a deeper understanding later.
Straight after the session and for the next few days,I had great clarity about some business ideas which came directly from that vision, I noted them down and have been developing them.
Something that was a huge takeaway for me was that in the past I have sought energy healing when I have had hard times to work through but this time I went into my Reiki session feeling balanced and aligned and realise now the importance of having this when all is calm in life as well because that is an amazing foundation to build ideas on.
