Vita Health Club is a wellness experience designed with you in mind. From our state-of-the-art Private Personal Training Gym and Indoor/Outdoor Small Group Fitness Studio to our luxurious Recovery Room featuring an Infrared Sauna and Odin Ice Bath, every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to support your holistic health journey. Add to that our in-house Cafe, specialising in delicious organic Acai Bowls and you have a space where performance meets lifestyle
Our Studio is Mum Friendly with a Mums & Bubs Class running 3 times a week. Our Mums & Bubs classes deliver the same premium strength, sculpting, and conditioning as our foundation classes, with the added benefit of on-site babysitting. Because Mums deserve to feel fit, strong, and supported while their bub is cared for. This is the perfect way to meet like-minded Mums and connect with the community .
Our Mums & Bubs classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:45am.

- Personal Training Studio – A luxury boutique space, fully equipped and appointment-only for those who value a private training experience.
- Indoor/Outdoor Class Studio – A light-filled, fresh-air space for small group training, combining the energy of community with the serenity of nature.
- Recovery Room – Recharge with our Odin ice bath and infrared sauna, designed to reduce inflammation, enhance recovery, and promote deep relaxation.
- Café Vita – Refuel with organic acai bowls, artisan coffee, fresh juices, and protein shakes that make healthy living delicious. The perfect spot to bring the Kids and family for afterschool and weekend treats.
