DESCRIPTION
Umbrella School of Music is a new inclusive school offering opportunities for people of all ages, abilities and disabilities to express themselves through music, singing and movement. The school’s vision is to improve people’s lives by developing not just music but life skills, confidence and creativity, all whilst having fun and feeling joy!
Additionally, the school fosters meaningful connections and relationships between people of all ages and walks of life, thereby contributing to a more caring, compassionate, and inclusive society where all are accepted for their differences, abilities, and uniqueness. Ingrid Bass, Principal Facilitator, offers one-on-one music, singing, and movement sessions, as well as small group activities, workshops, and events for people of all ages and abilities, breaking down barriers and stigmas through the universal language of music.
