CoWork Crèche was introduced as an alternative to daycare in response to a need for flexible childcare for working professionals on the Northern Beaches and Hills Districts of Sydney.

CoWork Crèche is a co-working space with Centres located in Frenchs Forest and Castle Hill with an onsite crèche and childcare service designed to enable parents to meet their productivity and working goals but also remain close and available to their children.

We believe in providing a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.

After 8 years working in the legal industry as a solicitor, our founder Melody Bouffler became a Mum to a beautiful baby boy.

Upon returning to work part-time after 4 months of maternity leave, I struggled to juggle the demands of working from home for a busy family law practice and caring for my baby boy, but did not want to send him to daycare at such a young age and even if I did, it was almost impossible to fi
