Without sounding tooooo gushy, we were rather excited when we were invited to do a workout and interview with the charming Sam Wood – ex-Bachelor 2015 and now the creator of the online health and fitness program 28:28 By Sam Wood.

In Sydney for a week of interviews, Sam made his way to the upper North Shore to meet with North Shore Mums at Millennium Health Club in Waitara. What a gentleman!

NSM Rachel Chappell got active with Sam, as he showed her five exercises that are easy to do at home and work all the major muscles in your body:

  1. Push-ups
  2. Pull-ups
  3. Plank
  4. Squats
  5. Lunges
