Don’t fall into the trap of always heading for the cardio machines. Mix it up with strength training exercises as well as stretching/low impact forms of exercise such as yoga or Pilates.
At Willoughby Leisure Centre, the wide range of equipment and classes means you can do a cardio based group fitness class one day, a strength training program in the gym the next day, followed by an aqua or yoga class on another day.
