Buy tickets to amazing shows and raise funds for your school

Most schools rely upon fundraising activities throughout the year to help provide a better experience for our kids – whether that’s more computers in the classroom, a new fridge for the canteen or even new playground equipment. If you’re looking for a new, innovative and effective way to raise funds for your school in 2017 (that doesn’t involve baking cakes or selling chocolates to your neighbours), let us introduce you to The Fundry!

The Fundry is a new ticketing website that allows parents to fundraise for their school or club simply through buying tickets to some of the amazing shows happening around Sydney. Simply book your show tickets via The Fundry, and a commission of ticket sales goes back to the school fundraising account (up to $3 from each ticket). How easy is that?

Click here to register your interest with The Fundry.

If you’re involved with the P&C, be sure to let them know about this easy way to raise funds. Find out if you can promote The Fundry in your school newsletter to help spread the word to other parents too.

To celebrate the new school year, North Shore Mums has teamed up with The Fundry to create a set of ‘First Day of…’ A4 printables that you can use when you take your photos of that special first day. They go from childcare all the way through to Year 12, and you even have two colour options to choose from! If you can get your hands on an A4 frame or mount them onto a thicker card, they’ll look even better.

When that big first day arrives, be sure to post a photo using the printable on social media, tagging @northshoremums (Instagram) or using the hashtag #northshoremums (Facebook). We’ll choose our favourite 10 photos, and cast them to the wider NSM community to choose the best!

Download your FREE printables now!

Simply choose your year and favourite colour and download the printable as a PDF. Then print and frame or mount, so it’s ready for that big first day!
