The Healthy Mummy

The aim of the The Healthy Mummy focus is to educate mums how they can make small changes to their life to become healthier and also show them how they can change their life to a healthy one for them and their family.

The Healthy Mummy runs a 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. It’s an online program providing over 4,000 recipes, customisable menus, personalised shopping lists, daily exercises and videos plus constant support. At any one time, over 10,000 mums will be doing the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge with you so there is a great feeling of doing it together!

Kangatraining Online

Kangatraining is a full body postnatal workout that you do with your child! It’s suitable for all fitness levels and you can wear your baby. Classes are run by a babywearing consultant to ensure bubs safety & your comfort. During Kangatraining the muscles & ligaments affected during pregnancy & birth are brought back in to shape & the daily niggles of being mum are cared for too!

LES MILLS On Demand gives you the best, authentic Les Mills workouts anywhere, anytime, on almost any device. They’ve customised the workouts they teach in health clubs and made them available to you as online videos. Many of the workouts are only 20-30 minutes – ideal for in-home – and they’re just as challenging and rewarding as going to the gym. Sydney Advanced Physio

With the wonders of technology, the physios at Sydney Advanced Physio in Lindfield can guide you through a group Pilates class. The instructor will guide you through a range of exercises with variations that allow for people of different capabilities to work at a level that is challenging for them. We will be able to monitor your execution of these exercises and provide real time feedback.

You do not need any equipment to participate but if you have equipment like rollers, theraband, spikey balls etc the physio will help you use them. You can also use household items like a can of beans as a hand weight. Body weight exercises can be incredibly challenging even for high level athletes.
