There is much excitement from North Shore Mums about the new playground at Wahroonga Park… and rightly so!
The old playground was in dire need of an upgrade (many North Shore Mums had played in the exact same playground when they were kids!), and the new one looks incredible. We’re thrilled to see that it is fully enclosed, so parents have complete peace of mind that their children aren’t going to dart out onto the road (the swing sets from the old playground were set outside the fenced area).
Wendy from Wahroonga was out on her morning walk this morning, and took some photos of the new playground. It’s due to open next Friday 26 September, so there are still a few finishing touches to be done, but it looks fantastic.
Perhaps we need to organise a big North Shore Mums play there soon?
