Mosman Physie
North Shore Mums Offer: Free trial class!
Physie is a dance sport for girls and ladies from 3 years of age. It is a fusion of jazz, ballet, aerobic dance, floor exercises, contemporary and hip hop. The choreography changes annually and the music is always great!
Classes aim to build confidence, poise, good posture, strength, fitness and flexibility. The choreography is designed to teach the relationship of music to movement, rhythm, co-ordination, balance and musical interpretation. Most importantly, it’s a lot of fun!
COVID-19 Safety Plan
- If the member or someone they live with is unwell or has tested positive to Covid-19, they must stay at home and notify club management immediately.
- If a teacher, volunteer or member test positive we will close classes immediately and inform members.
- The venue QR codes must be used for contact tracing.
- All must use the provided hand sanitiser as they enter the class venue.
- Teachers/club volunteers will wipe down all surfaces, including floors, with disinfectant before and after each class.
- Students must arrive dressed ready to train and avoid using change rooms.
- Social distancing of 4 square metres must be maintained at all times in the class.
- Non-contact choreography only will be taught.
- A maximum of 20 students plus Associates (teachers) and Assistants per class is permitted.
- We will provide “Entry” and “Exit” protocols to maintain social distancing during class changeovers.
- Gatherings of parents or students in the foyer or outside the premises during drop off and pick up are not permitted.
- All common areas (eg. entry walkways, reception areas) are closed to students and spectators.
- Entry into the venue will only be permitted 5 minutes prior to class.
- Restrooms are only available to teachers and students and the number of people permitted at any one time must adhere to the 1.5 metre social distancing rule.
- All members and parents must leave the premises immediately upon class finishing time.
