Olympian, television personality, publisher of Queenhood and mother of four, Elka Whalan will chat about doing the juggle without the struggle. Elka will be sharing her story, the ups and downs, the challenges and the breakthroughs as well as her strategies for keeping it all together when things seem a little too tough.

We all know we should be moving more, but sometimes the first step is the most difficult to take. Lizzy Willliamson, author of Two Minute Moves, created the time-saving workout program after overcoming postnatal depression.
Lizzy will share her inspiring true story of finding herself through movement, as well as expert advice and guidance to help you stop the excuses and reap the benefits of a happier, healthier and more energised life.
Lizzy is a certified Personal Trainer, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Presenter and Speaker. Her workouts have been featured on The Today Show, Studio 10, Good Morning America, Lorna Jane’s YouTube channel and more.
Kristina Duke, Decluttering Diva
The home environment can play a huge part in your emotional wellbeing. Do you feel cool, calm and collected when everything is neat and tidy? And irritable, frustrated or anxious when it’s a complete mess? Kristina Duke (aka the Decluttering Diva) is the expert when it comes to home organisation – so whether it’s your wardrobe, playroom, laundry, kitchen… or even the whole house, the Decluttering Diva will be sharing why it’s so important to declutter, her top tips for getting started and some nifty systems for how to keep your home in order.
Kristina is an Expert Accredited Professional Organiser who specialises with working with those who struggle with chronic disorganisation issues. She’s also a local mum to three children (aged 12, 13 & 16) and is passionate about helping others enjoy a life free from clutter!
