DESCRIPTION

As the in house lead for marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing the HOME by belle marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and awareness of the HOME by belle brand. You are passionate about the design, decorating and building industry and have experience in a marketing role in a small to medium sized enterprise. You have a creative flair yet still love the analytical side of marketing and have strong communication skills to effectively manage various internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee all aspects of the marketing and brand building with seamless supervision and a can-do attitude.

Your days will see you:

  • Develop and implement strategies that resonate, reach and convert audiences in line with the HOME by belle customer avatar. These strategies will reach across the pillars of owned, earned and paid.

  • Building brand awareness of what the HOME be belle brand stands for and the services it offers.

  • Researching and analyse market trends and competitor activity within the Interior Design and Decorating Industry.

  • Establishing and consistently monitor budgets, performance KPIs, sales leads, conversions and ROI.

  • Weekly monitoring on key metrics via Dashboards and monitor optimisations.

  • In depth reporting on all initiatives to the Directors on a monthly basis with recommended actions from insights gained.

  • Collaborate with the Design Team / Sales Team to understand the various projects and client briefs, project timing and scope of works, and current pipeline projects.

  • Work with the agencies to keep abreast of new digital technologies and Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.

  • Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns / blogs, ensuring a clear brief and on brand campaigns are delivered at all times.

  • Lead the development and execution of all asset development : e.g. photography, videography, styling and work with external partners to bring this to life.

  • Oversee the company website updates and any development required, drive website traffic via marketing initiatives.

Competencies and experience:

  • Must have experience working in a small to medium sized enterprise in a Marketing role with a minimum of 8 years’ experience within the marketing field

  • Creativity and Innovation: the ability to come up with ideas to bring the brand to life with interesting and engaging content that connects with the consumer and builds brand love

  • Ability to track and interpret data

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Accountability: delivering results via number and quality of leads generated and optimising as required to deliver the best result. Hold agency partners accountable to scope of works and performance KPIs

  • Strong time management skills
