Our well-established Lower North Shore clinical psychology practice is recruiting for an open position within the leadership team.
Your role would be managing the clinical team members as you hire, onboard, motivate and develop clinicians. We would like you to assist in the implementation of programs and initiatives to support our staff’s well-being and optimise our workplace. This permanent part-time role can be completed through a combination of hours working from home and on location in the clinic. Flexible work arrangements will be created for the right candidate.
A successful candidate must have well–developed skills in the areas of recruiting, motivating and managing people, as well as a willingness to learn and develop in the role. Candidates also use exceptional communication skills, are well-organised, operate with a high level of empathic attunement and think in a solution focused manner. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and comfortability with asking questions and using initiative to complete tasks are all essential. This role may be well suited to a person with a background in health and medical services.

Remuneration is between $36-$45 per hour as per award and based upon level of experience.
