Job Description:

As a Client Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and support between PWP clients and the PWP financial planning team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assisting clients with account setup, document submission, and account maintenance processes.
  • Collaborating closely with financial advisors to schedule appointments, prepare client materials, and facilitate client meetings.
  • Managing the client database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Providing administrative support to the financial planning team, including data entry, file organisation, and report generation.



  • High school certificate or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial services environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
