Want to exercise after dark? In order to maintain your health and happiness, it’s important to get outside to exercise, even during a Covid lockdown! To maximise the opportunity that we have to exercise outdoors, the local councils across the North Shore are leaving the lights on at selected sports fields and ovals until 8pm weeknights. Take a look at our list of North Shore Sports Fields & Ovals with lights on at night.
With working from home whilst entertaining and educating children, there’s nothing better than getting out of the house for some fresh air. If you don’t have the time during the day to exercise, then why not head to your local sports field or oval for an end-of-day runaround? It’s a great way to burn off some excess energy and release any stresses from the day.
We share the list of the sports fields and ovals with lights on during lockdown.
