Ku-ring-gai Council invites children and young adults to participate in a fun and sustainable Clothing, Book, and Toy Swap on Saturday, 29 November!
This family-friendly event encourages participants aged 0–19 to bring along their gently used clothes, books and toys to exchange for “new-to-you” treasures — a great way to refresh wardrobes and playrooms while helping the planet.
Attendees are asked to bring clean, good-quality items such as clothing, shoes, hats, accessories, and toys that are in working order and free from damage. All items should be something you’d be happy for another family to enjoy.
By taking part, families can help reduce waste, give pre-loved items a second life, and contribute to Ku-ring-gai’s journey toward zero emissions. It’s a simple, community-driven way to make a positive environmental impact — and have fun doing it!
