Event Description

Council is running a webinar for parents of teenagers to help them to check in with their teenagers to see if they are ok.

Wednesday 7 October, Via Zoom, 6:30pm to 8pm

Council is running a webinar with Ruth Fordyce, a psychologist from the Resilience Centre on how you ask your teenagers if they are ok.

Ruth will discuss the signs and symptoms that your teens may present when they are not coping and discuss how you ask your teens if they are ok and what you do if they are not.

Ruth will also discuss what to do if your teenager says they are ok but you are not convinced they are.

There will be an opportunity for participants to ask questions.
