||Â Wednesday 7 September, 4.30pm – 6pm ||
Are you keen to discover how explicit approaches to teaching phonics and spelling can boost your child’s confidence and love of learning? If you said ‘yes’, then this seminar is for you!
St Andrew’s Cathedral School’s Junior School students have access to an incredible range of expertise and opportunities, all geared to the individual learner to ensure they are growing in their love of learning every day. You can tour the school first and then hear from an expert panel of educators who will share details on:
- The importance of developing an extensive vocabulary and how to encourage that
- St Andrew’s Cathedral School’s explicit approach to teaching phonics, spelling and reading
- The benefit of research-based approaches to the teaching of writing.
Tour the school to discover the difference this school can make in the lives of its students as they enter the formal school environment. Places are still available for students entering Kindergarten and Year 3 in 2023.
