Monte Sant’ Angelo Mercy College has been educating and caring for young women for over 145 years, continuing a tradition of excellence in Catholic education in the way of our founders, the Sisters of Mercy North Sydney. Our Mercy values guide our teaching and learning culture and inform our student immersion programs and social justice initiatives. We believe a single-sex education enables young women to thrive in every realm, by encouraging them to be critical thinkers, problem-solvers and leaders of the future.
We follow the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme as the framework to deliver the NSW curriculum in Years 7-10. In Years 11 and 12 we offer a dual-based curriculum; the Higher School Certificate and IB Diploma Programme, as pathways to academic excellence.
