Joanna Zeon Sleep & Wellness is an evidence-based holistic and certified sleep coach for newborns, infants, toddlers and young children.

Joanna can achieve better sleep quality and wellness for your little one (aged 0-5 years) by identifying any red flags that are indicative of underlying root causes affecting your child’s sleep.

All methods are gentle, there is no sleep training involved and Joanna supports any parenting style that you wish to undertake working with you collaboratively.

Joanna has a PhD and background in research. She has experienced the struggles of having a baby that doesn’t sleep first hand and understands how difficult it can be on you mentally, physically and in your family relationships.
