I spent years trying to change external things to feel better, but it wasn’t until I started to change what was going on for me internally that things began to transform.

Hey there, I’m Jenny Percy – as a certified life coach, former school teacher, and mum of children with unique needs, I understand the challenges you face. I was able to shift from feeling frustrated and burnt-out to calm and confident through a combination of strategy and mindset changes, and now I help other mums do the same.

My mission is to help mums of kids with unique needs increase their parenting confidence so they’re better able to guide their child to thrive.

    I have loved working with Jenny. Through her gentle guidance and support I have come to realise that I am the best mum for my kids, that it’s okay to have human moments and that when I stop judging myself I can get back in touch with the type of mum I want to be.
